  • Replacing/building a fence
  • Installing a storm door
  • Staining a patio
  • Replacing the roof
  • Building a storage shed
  • or making other modifications to your home

Step 2: Submit the completed form:
e-Mail requests to: accrequest@dcschoa.org
Fax requests to: 214.545.5154

Your request will be logged and submitted to the ACC for their review. If necessary, a Member of the ACC may contact you for additional information or to schedule an on-site visit to discuss the details of your project.
