Delinquent Accounts on the Rise
April 27, 2009
The HOA has been affected by the economy, just like every homeowner in our Association. In 2008 we saw the number of assessment delinquencies rise and a growing number of accounts are being referred to the collection agency, and ultimately the attorney for legal action. The Board of Directors is sympathetic to the unfortunate predicament that many homeowners are facing, however, we have a fiduciary responsibility to the Association to maintain financial solvency. If you find yourself unable to pay part or all of your dues, please do not ignore the situation. Late fees and interest will continue to accrue until your outstanding balance becomes much larger than the initial $330 fee. If you are concerned about your balance and the status of your account, please contact RealManage immediately.
Keep Your Cool This Summer
April 27, 2009
The community pool will open on May 16th. This season's pool code is posted on the Resident Portal (www.realmanage.com). This should be kept to your family and not given to anyone that is not a resident. Please adhere to the posted rules when using the pool. Remember, an adult must accompany all children under the age of 14. We do not have a lifeguard on duty and would not like to see anyone get hurt while enjoying this community amenity.

You Can Stop Deed Restriction Violations
April 27, 2009
A representative from the Association's management company drives our property each month to identify deed restriction violations. They follow the guidelines set forth in the Association's governing documents when performing their visual inspections.
Homeowners can also report (anonymously) deed restriction violations directly to the management company by using the Resident Portal. The management company representative will follow-up on your violation report during their next regularly scheduled visit to our property.
