Daniel Crossing/Stratford Crossing is located on Murphy Road, just two miles south of the famous South Fork Ranch.

2009 Annual Assessment Invoices

Like many of our residents, the HOA is feeling the impact of the economic crunch. Our operating expenses have increased due to higher utility bills and vendor costs; however, the Board was able to create a balanced 2009 budget without requiring an increase in the annual homeowner assessment. The 2009 budget is very tight and we need your help to ensure we stay on a firm financial footing. Your $330 assessment is due by January 1, 2009 and late fees will be assessed January 15, 2009.

Trash Collection Moving to Thursday

Effective January 8, 2009, Waste Management, the City's solid waste and recycling service, will collect trash and recycling materials on Thursday each week. Murphy Residents Receive NEW 95 Gallon Recycling Cart

Being eco-friendly is easier than ever and Murphy residents are doing a great job of diverting trash from the landfill. Along with our new rolling carts comes an expanded list of items that can be recycled. However, mingling just a few non-recyclable items in your recycling cart can cause the entire load to become trash. We encourage you to take a few minutes and review the list of items that can be recycled.
