Access to the pool is exclusively for Daniel Crossing and Stratford Crossing residents. To enter the pool, you will need the current code for the pool gate access lock. The code can be found on the Resident Portal.

Groups/Parties
Homeowners are welcome to use the pool area for group events, birthday parties, etc. Please keep in mind, however, that the pool cannot be reserved and other homeowners can use the pool during your event.

Guests
Guests must be accompanied by a Homeowner.

Rules

• No eating, drinking or smoking while in the pool.
• No animals allowed in pool or enclosed area.
• Persons with infectious diseases should not use the pool.
• Babies in diapers are not permitted in the pool.
• Adults should not swim alone.
• No one under 14 years of age is permitted in the pool area without an adult 18 years or older.
• Children in baby pool must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No running or roughhousing.
• No glass containers.
• Swim wear only.
• No abusive language, loud radios or excessive noise.
• The HOA assumes no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property or effects left in the pool area.
• The HOA assumes no responsibility for any personal injury to anyone resulting from use of the pool.
• No rafts or large floatation devices allowed.
• Swimmers must shower before entering the pool.
• Alcohol should not be consumed prior to or while using the facility.
